Introduction of SIDHOC
The Sino Dutch Horticultural Training And Demonstration Centre (SIDHOC) was set up in 1997. As a result of a co-operation programme between the Chinese and the Dutch ministries of agriculture. SIDHOC's training and demonstration activities started in the beginning of 1998, after finishing its necessary infrastructure.
